The BBC has a number of feeds that they put up, though there are restrictions and limitations on who can listen. German Radio will have some highlights, and there are always a number of US Spanish language stations that have some feeds. Yahoo runs the official world cup website. They even created a Soccer Anthems Radio page with their favorite soccer songs.
XM Radio is broadcasting all the games on their proprietary system, but if you have an XM you can listen. ESPN360 has a number of games online Futbol de Primera has the Spanish rights for radio in the US. Many of their stations broadcast over the air, but I think their online feeds are locked up.
